Spendpace — Privacy Policy
Spendpace does not collect any personal data. Everything you enter stays on your device. The app makes no network requests for your data and uses no analytics, advertising, or tracking. Uninstalling the app deletes the data.
What data we collect
None. Spendpace does not collect, transmit, or receive:
- Personal data or contact information
- Financial data or transaction details
- Account identifiers, email addresses, or usernames
- Device identifiers, advertising IDs, or IDFA
- Location data
- Contacts, photos, or files from your device
- Analytics, usage data, crash reports, or diagnostics
There is no sign-up, no login, and no account. There is no user identity beyond your device.
What you enter into the app
Transactions, categories, notes, recurring entries, and settings that you enter into Spendpace are stored only on your device, in the operating system's standard app storage. We never see this data, we never transmit it, and it is never sent to us or to any third party.
Backups
If you have iCloud Backup (iOS) or Auto Backup (Android) enabled at the operating-system level, your device may include Spendpace's local data in those system backups. Those backups are handled by Apple or Google under their own privacy policies. Spendpace has no access to them.
Third parties
None. Spendpace contains no analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs, no crash reporting services, and no third-party code that receives your data.
Tracking
Spendpace does not track you across apps or websites. On iOS, the App Tracking Transparency prompt is not shown because the app does not perform tracking as defined by Apple.
Children
Spendpace is not directed at children. Because the app collects no data, we have no way of knowing a user's age and no information about any user, including children.
Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
Because Spendpace does not collect or transmit any personal data, there is no personal data we hold about you to access, correct, export, or delete. You can remove all app data at any time by uninstalling the app from your device.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update this page and revise the effective date above. Material changes will also be reflected in the next app update.
